Job Title:Technical Support Engineer
Role Overview:Technical Support Engineer (TSE) provides end-to-end technical support for McAfee customers and provides technical service of fault recording, diagnosis, problem solving, and resolution delivery for McAfee's customers.

You will troubleshoot customer's issue by analyzing logs and reproducing it on a lab machine
You will be a representative of the issue until the ticket is closed over the phone and e-mail
You will escalate an issue to Global Team in English
- +2 years customer support experience
- +2 years IT experience
- Native Japanese skill (Read / Write / Speak)
- Good English Skill (Read, Write and Chat)
- Communication with confidence to customer over the phone and e-mail.
- Escalation to Global team in English
- Knowledge of Network (Switch, Route, Firewall, IPS, Internet) and Cloud (AWS, - - Azure, O365, Gsuite)
